Peter Pan Collar Gel Nails & My Latest Stuff Updates

Hello!

Once again I'm back with another nail design.

Today's nail is what I call the "Peter Pan Collar Nails".

I've used ibd JULIET Gel Color as base.

The collar is made using lace nail stickers which I got from DAISO.

Pearls used as buttons.

And, just lately I bought rings from F21.

I don't usually wear rings but these are way too cute...
Rings from F21
It comes in a set of 4 for only RM13.90 (if I remember correctly).

Combination of rose and pearl.

Love this ribbon the most!

Also, recently I've changed my iPhone 4 & iPod 5 case.
Got this case from a web store and it's by a Korean designer.

This is my new iPod 5 case and I'm so in love with the color combination of my favourite colors.

Got this from web store too:)

So, I guess that's all on my latest updates.

Thank you for reading!

Cheers!

Food in Bangkok

Have you ever asked yourself this question?
Are you a person who "eat to live" or "live to eat"?

Well, I think I'm both.
I sometimes think I need to eat in order to live even though I've got no appetite. This happens especially on days when you had too much good food and you tend to slowly lose your appetite.

On days when you're on a diet or on just some regular meal, you might crave for something so badly and that's when you will start to think that you have to live on to eat.
I hope this make sense!ahaha

So, Bangkok is not all about shopping but also a food haven.

Here are some of the food I had when I was in Bangkok last month.

Day 1 (Chatuchak Market)
Tom Yam Noodle in Or Tor Kor Market
Had this Tom Yam dish in Or Tor Kor market which is located opposite of Chatuchak Market.
My first Tom Yam dish in Thailand.

Coconut Ice-cream in Chatuchak Market
Many told me that I must not miss this when I'm in Chatuchak market and I totally get it now!!
It's seriously YUMMEeee!!!! *slurpssss
Costs only 30 or 35 Baht and you'll also get a cup of coconut water!
Oh my!! I really miss this so much:(

For dinner, we had seafood at Somboon seafood restaurant.
If you're interested, I suggest that you visit their website to make sure you got to the right place as there are many fake ones.

Day 2 (Platinum Fashion Mall)
Pad Thai in Platinum Fashion Mall Food Court
Thai Spicy Glass Noodle in Platinum Fashion Mall Food Court
Fried Oyster in Platinum Fashion Mall Food Court
I wouldn't recommend this dishes to be eaten alone.
The reason is because the 1st two dishes are sweet and you might get really sick of it after the 3rd or 4th  mouth. I suggest that you should share it among 2-3 person.
For the fried oyster, I think it's the best among the 3.
Prices are reasonable. All roughly around 70Baht -100Baht.

Swensen's Ice-cream
For tea, we had ice-cream!!
FYI, Swensen's can be found just beside or on the left after you come out from Platinum Mall's entrance.
I totally fall for this!
Price is also very reasonable.

For dinner, we went to Siam Paragon's Food Court and I had this.
Highly recommended!!
Pineapple Fried Rice in Siam Paragon

Day 3 (Terminal 21)

We went to Terminal 21 on the 3rd day and we had our lunch in the infamous Fuji Restaurant.
Also highly recommended!

Makimono @ Fuji Restaurant

Menchi Katsu @ Fuji Restaurant
Menchi Katsu Bento Set only cost 150 Baht and it's totally worth the money!!!

First, it's really YUMMEHhh and secondly, the set comes with rice, miso soup, kimchi and bean curd side dishes.
Also, not to get fooled!! I'm warning you!!
DO NOT order any drinks cos Bento Sets also come with drinks of tea, coffee, ice lemon tea or (Oopz! I don't remember). But I remembered, we had Ice Lemon Tea.
We were so doomed when the waitress asked us what drinks we want since it's a service (means FOC) where as we already had our drinks during our meal.
We didn't know FOC drinks and fruits will be served after the meal.

Oh Yeah! We also ordered Ramen which comes with rice and gyoza but I wouldn't recommend Ramen cos it's not as tasty as it should be!!!
The best Ramen can only be found in JAPAN!! Trust me!!
After my stay in Japan, I never ever have RAMEN outside of JAPAN.
I didn't know RAMEN can actually taste that good not until I had the best RAMEN in Japan. (sounds so exaggerated)*laughzz

The portion is sooo big for me that I don't even need dinner anymore.
I had no main meal for dinner but I did award (for walking so much~lol) myself with some snacks and beer! *evil laugh*

Day 4 (Platinum Mall)
Final shopping on the last day and also feeding our stomach to ease our cravings.

Hokkaido Milk & Yogurt from Siam Paragon's ISETAN
This was bought on the day we went to Siam Paragon for dinner.
If you love MILK, you can try this out!!
There's also Chocolate Milk and my friend loves it so much that she always make her way here to purchase it in her every trip to Bangkok!

Before we leave Bangkok, we thought this might be our last chance to ease our sweet tooth cravings.
Therefore, we headed down to Swensen's once again for Aiiiisuuukuriiimmmuuu (Ice-cream).
Swensen's Ice-cream
We actually had our lunch in Platinum Mall's Food Court again.

Besides all these food posted, we also had street snacks like hotdogs which I remembered them so clearly cos it can be seen everywhere on street.

If you're wondering why I did not mention about breakfast. This is because the hotel we stay serves breakfast.  So we really save on that!! Hotdogs, scramble eggs and toasted bread every morning for me!! So boring isn't it? But I'm so sorry to say that it's the best meal of the day! LOL

Jewelry & Accessories Storage Ideas

Hello! I'm back with another post before CNY approaches.

Lately, I've been going around looking for a two-tier silver tray for my jewelries and accessories.

I was thinking, since my jewelries and accessories are catching up with my lingeries (What a weak analogy~lol) I thought I should go and look for something larger that can accomodate all of my little things from hair pins to jewelries and accessories.

Before that I was actually using this fun little thing
Jewelry Mannequin Holder
but as year goes by, my jewelries and accessories start to pile up and it can no longer hold all of my stuff and therefore I decided to look for something larger.

And, I found this!
I got this from a Home Living Deco shop for RM49.
Two-tier Tray
This is not silver but wood painted in white on the top.

I lay necklaces (all from Bangkok) on the top part.

Earrings, pins and some other little stuff are placed below.

Currently, am looking for ideas to decorate them.

I actually thought of getting some small boxes or tiny containers to store my tiny bitsy stuff like earrings  or rings or any tiny stuff that tend to go missing easily and then place it on the tray.

Still looking...

Will share it here again when it has been transformed!!

Till then:)

Gelish Tiffany Nails & iPod & iPhone Case

Today's post will be on nails ... YES! Again!

I've changed my nail design for the 3rd time now in less than a week time.

This is what I call the 'Tiffany Nails'.
I think this nail design is more of a bridal nail design.

This design simply popped up from no where when I started painting the Gelish Sea Foam color onto my index nail.

Surprisingly, I actually am feeling satisfy with it.
(Weird syntax arrangement I have here)
I actually find this nail elegant and sweet for some reason.

Maybe because of the pearls that represents maturity and elegance.

Ok, maybe I'm wrong.

I've googled a little about it and it says that "white pearls symbolize purity, honesty, spiritual transformation, charity, wisdom and integrity, all the best within us".

Ok, whatever it is!
Mine is not really white pearl as in pearl but just some artificial pearl or accessories-pearl-like. (lol)
I don't really know what's it called but for the time-being I'll be using such term.

Oh Yeah! Lately I've bought cases for my iPod 5g.

This is one of it. The FLORA one where girls will like.
iPod 5g Flora Case

Also, I've changed my iPhone case to this >>
iPhone 4g Customized Case
I got this case from Japan last 2 summers and am still lovin' it very much.

And, that ribbon ear-plug is from Bangkok Night Market and costs only 20Baht.

So, I guess that's all for now.

Bye!
